Plant Doctor AI ("the app") helps you identify plants and diagnose plant health problems from photos. We designed it to collect as little data as possible.
If you choose to send feedback, we store your selected answers and any text you submit in Firebase Realtime Database to improve app functionality. Answers may include the app version, app language, device platform, subscription status, survey timing and the screen where you opened the question. We do not attach your RevenueCat identifier, name, email address or advertising identifier to feedback. Each submission has a random identifier used to prevent duplicates.
All questions are optional. Please do not include personal details: feedback is anonymous and we cannot reply to it or look it up by your identity. For a reply, use the separate email support option below. Automatic survey reminders and their anonymous timing counters are stored on your device.
Photos are processed transiently for analysis. Subscription status is retained while your subscription is active, as required to provide the service. Feedback is retained while needed to investigate issues and improve the app. Only authorized administrators can read feedback; other app users cannot access it.
The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
